You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.

Electricity Charge
Electricity is not included in your stay. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and usage is billed at $0.40 USD per kWh. Charges will be calculated and billed at the end of the stay based on actual consumption.

Electricity is privately generated on the island, making it more expensive, and water is also a valuable resource. To save energy, we recommend turning off the AC when leaving the property or when doors are open.

* Additional charge for Check-In or Check-Out before or after the established time 11:00 am to 3:00 pm a charge of $100+ will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure.
