Nestled in The Views, within the peaceful and secure Sunset Estates neighborhood in the heart of West End, this cozy condo is just a 10-min walk down the hill from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, and dive shops.

Located on the first floor of a three-story building, the condo boasts panoramic ocean views, a private patio, and a sparkling pool. West End Beach is an easy walk (with a brief downhill section), while the iconic Half Moon Bay Beach, home to the famous Sundowners, is nearby. For a true tropical experience, take a quick water taxi ride to the world-renowned West Bay Beach.

This condo comfortably accommodates 4 guests, making it perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or a tropical retreat with friends. Fully air-conditioned for your ultimate comfort.

•⁠ If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 30 to 35 minutes.
•⁠ If you travel by ferry, the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 35 to 40 min.

Additional Information:
•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

•⁠ Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.

•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

•⁠ Please note this is a pet friendly community, however this unit is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge.

✈️ Flights & Passport:
•⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
