Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen designed for convenience and comfort with added amenities as and ice maker machine and garbage disposal.

•⁠ Reverse osmosis drinking water (available directly from the small faucet in the sink)

Electricity Note:
Your stay includes a daily allowance of 30 kW. Usage is prepaid, and any additional consumption will be the guest’s responsibility. If the balance runs out, simply contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

*Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property.

•⁠ The area is very natural and tropical—bug spray is highly recommended
•⁠ The beach is rocky, but the ocean pool offers a unique experience. Even if you're not getting into the water it’s still a stunning spot to relax and enjoy the ocean.

* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly.

✈️ Getting to Utila
Traveling to Utila is part of the adventure—and we’re happy to guide you along the way! Most travelers reach Utila by first flying into Roatán Island (RTB), and from there, you can:

•⁠ Take a ferry from Roatán or La Ceiba (around 1 hour)
•⁠ Arrange a private charter flight directly to Utila (approx. 15–20 minutes)

Another option is to get to San Pedro Sula (SAP) and move to La Ceiba and take the ferry.

Flights & Passport:
•⁠ Direct flights from U.S to Roatan (RTB) are available with American (Miami & Dallas), United (Houston & Denver) and Delta (Atlanta).
•⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
