* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
* Additional charge for Check-In or Check-Out before or after the established time 11:00 am to 3:00 pm a charge of $100+ will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure.
* In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, consult with the reservation assistant about the charge for it.

Snorkeling Vacation
We had two couples, and the house worked out great for us. It was comfortable, spacious and the views were fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, and the decks were great for morning coffee. It is located at the top of a hill, so the views are fantastic. The pool was typically shaded late afternoon which was a relief after spending most of the day at the beach. The property is walkable to the beach and restaurants.
Family event - Vacation Trip
One of the best rent houses in Roatan. All we need to have a great experience with our kids and family. Nice clean cservice and plenty spaces and magnific views and confort in all aereas. Just love it!
